SESSION 1*: New Professional Standards & Grievance Committee Training
January 10, 2017, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm

SESSION 2: Grievance Committee Training
January 10, 2017, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

SESSION 3: New & Existing Professional Standards Committee Training
January 11, 2017, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Cost: $25 Holding Deposit (This will be collected by NSDCAR after you register).

COURSES WILL COVER:

• Grievance Committee Functions
• Ethics Hearings
• MLS Rules Violations
• Procuring Cause
• Arbitrations
• Board of Director Review Hearings.

Training is for REALTOR® members that would like to join NSDCAR or PSAR’s Professional Standards Committees.

All three training sessions, scheduled for January *10th and 11th, must be
completed in order to be eligible to join our Professional Standards Committee.
*Session 1 to be completed by all new committee members and new Board of Directors.
Session 2 to be completed by all new committee members, new Board of Directors, and existing Grievance Committee members.
Session 3 to be completed by new and existing committee members and new Board of Directors.
